Thank you so much for taking this exciting step toward turning your chaos into calm. I’m truly thrilled to be working with you! My name is Stefanie, and I can’t wait to get started on creating a space you can be proud of.

To keep things stress-free, here is a quick guide on what happens between now and our first session.

STEP ONE

The Formalities

(Keeping Things Simple!)

You don't need to lift a finger for these - I've got this covered!

  • Booking Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation email shortly. This email includes all the session details, your deposit payment receipt, and handy links if you need to reschedule or cancel.

  • Reminders: I know life gets busy! I will send you both an email and SMS reminder prior to our session so it doesn't sneak up on you.

  • "On the Way" SMS: On the day of our session, I will send you a quick text message to let you know I am on my way.

A Quick Note on Changing Your Session: Life happens! If you need to change your booking, please do so via the link in your confirmation email. Changes are fine up to 48 hours before our session. An admin fee may apply for changes made between 48 and 24 hours prior, and the full session fee is charged if changed within the last 24 hours, unless I am able to fill that time slot with another client.

STEP TWO

Preparing Your Mindset

(Totally Optional, Zero Pressure!)

You don’t have to do anything, but if you're the kind of person who likes to prepare, these small steps can make our first session even more productive. Think of this as light, enjoyable "homework."

  • Visual Check-In (Optional): If you feel comfortable, you are welcome to send a few photos of your spaces to my email. This helps me get a sense of the scope before I arrive.

  • Dream Day Blueprint: Have a think about what your ideal day looks like. How would you walk through your home? What does an organised, calm space look like and feel like to you?

  • The Annoyance List: What are your biggest challenges right now? What are the three things that annoy you the most about the space? Knowing these pain points helps us focus our energy where it matters most.

  • Household Discussion: If you live with others, please chat with your household members about the upcoming session and listen to any concerns or ideas they might have. We are creating a system that works for everyone.

This is an important one! Please do not clean or tidy up before I arrive. I promise, I am here with zero judgment! For us to create the most effective, real-world system for your life, I need to see what the space looks like on a normal, everyday basis.

🪄 Your Touch of Magic: The Donation Box

If you want to start shaking off the clutter right now, here is a fun, non-committal way to start:

  • Find a bag or box and place it in a spot you walk past often (like near the kitchen or bedroom door).

  • Whenever you see something that you don’t want, don’t need, or want to donate, put it straight into that box.
